Mr. Sabnani has plenty of experience in the capital markets. He participated in raising more than $200 million in public equity financing for three NASDAQ-listed public companies where he held senior executive posts: Hythiam, Inc., OSI Systems, Inc. and Venture Catalyst, Inc.
