 Registration for ACG InterGrowth 2009 in Las Vegas is now open!

Registration Information
Registration for ACG InterGrowth 2009 includes all educational sessions; evening receptions; and all breakfasts, luncheons and refreshment breaks. Golf tournament fees are additional. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted at the conference. Conference is not open to the public.  Names processed by April 3 will appear in the Attendee Roster. Names processed between April 4 - May 6, will appear in the Attendee Roster Addendum. 

Fees:

  • ACG Members: Full conference fee is $1,595, if purchased by midnight (EST) on March 6, 2009.  Full Conference fee between March 7 through midnight (EST) on May 6, 2009 is $1,795.  Full Conference fee after May 6, is $1,995.  To qualify for the ACG member registration fees, you must be a member of ACG when you register to attend ACG InterGrowth.   
  • Non-Members: Full Conference fee is $2,095, if purchased by midnight (EST) on March 6, 2009.  Full Conference fee between March 7 through midnight (EST) on May 6, 2009 is $2,295.  Full Conference fee after May 6, is $2,495.  Click Here to become a member of ACG and receive lower registration rates for InterGrowth.

Spouse/Companion Registration is available for $150 (this offer does not apply to co-workers).  

The ACG room block at the Wynn Las Vegas for attendees and participants of Capital Connection and DealSource is currently sold out.  Reservations will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability and room type, by contacting the Wynn directly at 1.866.770.7555. Sponsorship reservations must be made through ACG, please contact Jaime Schaefer at 312-673-5509 (jschaefer@acg.org).

ACG has contracted an additional block of rooms at the Trump International Hotel & Towers, adjacent to the Wynn.  The discounted group rate is $229 per night, Single or Double occupancy.  Reservations must be made by calling Trump International Hotel & Towers Las Vegas directly at 1.866.939.8786 by April 11, 2009 to receive the discounted rate. Reference ACG when you make your hotel reservation. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on availability.

Capital Connection

ACG Capital Connection sets the stage for an intense networking experience between deal sources and senior partners of exhibiting private equity funds. Last year, Capital Connection welcomed a record number of attendees from countries in North America, Europe and Asia. In 2009, we anticipate even more top-level business makers from around the world. Regarded as one of the high points of InterGrowth, this event takes deal making to the “next level.” This year we plan to set a record for corporate and intermediary attendance at InterGrowth so that the dollars you spend will deliver high ROI.  We are pleased to continue the simultaneous buffet dinner and drinks at this year’s Capital Connection taking place from 4:30 - 7:00pm Wednesday, May 13, 2009.

The ACG Capital Connection exhibit package includes:

ACG DealSource

ACG DealSource, now in its fourth year at InterGrowth, provides a “drawn-curtain” venue, allowing the privacy intermediaries and investment bankers prefer for meetings. ACG DealSource, sometimes called “speed dating,” is set up in a ballroom configured to hold pre-arranged private meetings between intermediaries, private equity groups (PEGs) and corporate dealmakers. Intermediaries purchase the tables for up to three hours and during that time may conduct as many as 18 interviews with participating private equity groups and corporate buyers. DealSource will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 from 9:00am - 12Noon and from 2:00-5:00pm. 

All ACG DealSource packages includes:

Payment Information

Only US funds will be accepted.  Include payment with your registration form by charge of check made payable to ACG.  Unpaid registrations will not be processed.  Full payment must accompany registration form.  Online: Online registration accepts credit card payment.  The last day to register online is May 14, 2009.

Confirmation of Registration
When you register and submit payment online, you will receive an email confirmation within minutes.  When you register via mail or fax, your confirmation will be emailed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.  If you do not submit an email address, your confirmation will be sent by fax (please remember to include your fax number).

Cancellations
ACG must receive all cancellations in writing via email at
ACG@showcare.com Cancellations received on or before April 10, 2009 will be refunded in full.  Cancellations received after April 10, 2009 and before April 24, 2009 will receive full refund minus $250 processing fee.  No refunds will be given after April 24, 2009.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend InterGrowth, consider sending a colleague in your place.  There is no fee for name change substitutions received by May 4, 2009.  Please email requests to
ACG@showcare.com Written substitution requests on company letterhead will also be accepted onsite for a fee of $50.
