Registraion Information
Registration for ACG InterGrowth includes all educational sessions; Wednesday, Thursday receptions; and all breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and refreshment breaks. Golf tournament fees are additional. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted at the conference. Conference is not open to the public. Names processed by March 10 will appear in the Attendee Roster. Names processed between March 11- April 4, will appear in the Attendee Roster Addendum.

ACG Members: Full conference fee is $1,595, if purchased by midnight (EST) on February1, 2008. Full Conference fee between February 2 through midnight (EST) on April 3, 2008 is $1,795. Full Conference fee after April 3, is $1,995. To qualify for the ACG member registration fees, you mush be a member of ACG when you register to attend ACG InterGrowth.
- Non-Members: Full Conference fee is $2,095, if purchased by midnight (EST) on February 1, 2008. Full Conference fee between February 2 through midnight (EST) on April 3, 2008 is $2,295. ACG Capital Connection sets the stage for an intense networking experience between deal sources and senior partners of exhibiting private equity funds. Last year, Capital Connection welcomed a record number of attendees from countries in North America, Europe and Asia. Intermediary attendance continued to grow in 2007– nearly 400 were in attendance. In 2008, we anticipate even more top-level business makers from around the world. Regarded as one of the high points of InterGrowth, this event takes deal making to the “next level.” This year we plan to set a record for corporate and intermediary attendance at InterGrowth so that the dollars you spend will deliver high ROI.
After the great success of 2007’s evening Capital Connection, we are pleased to continue the simultaneous buffet dinner and drinks at this year’s Capital Connection taking place from 5:30-9:00pm Thursday, April 10, 2008.

ACG DealSource, now in its fourth year at InterGrowth, provides a “drawn-curtain” venue, allowing the privacy intermediaries and investment bankers prefer for meetings. ACG DealSource, sometimes called “speed dating,” is set up in a ballroom configured to hold pre-arranged private meetings between intermediaries, private equity groups (PEGs) and corporate dealmakers. Intermediaries purchase the tables for up to three hours and during that time may conduct as many as 12 interviews with participating private equity groups and corporate buyers. In 2007, nearly 500 private equity principals attended ACG InterGrowth. DealSource will be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 2:00-5:00pm.

Payment Information
Only US funds will be acepted.
Include payment with your registration form by charge of check made payable to ACG. Unpaid registrations will not be processed. Full payment must accompany registration form.
Online: Online registration accepts credit card payment. The last day to register online is April 3, 2008.

Confirmation of Registration
When you register and submit payment online, you will receive an email confirmation within minutes. When you register via mail or fax, your confirmation will be emailed within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If you do not submit an email address, your confirmation will be sent by fax (please remember to include your fax number).
Cancellations
ACG must receive all cancellations in writing via email at ACG@showcare.com Cancellations received on or before March 9, 2008 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after March 9, 2008 and before March 26, 2008 will receive full refund minus $250 processing fee. No refunds will be given after March 26, 2008.
Substitutions
If you are unbale to attend InterGrowth, consider sending a colleague in your place. There is no fee for names chance substitutions received by April 2, 2008. Please email requests to ACG@showcare.com Written substitution requests on company letterhead will also be accepted onsite for a fee of $50.
