PRIVATE EQUITY ROUNDTABLE DINNER SERIES

The Private Equity Counsel is structured as a small discussion-based group that is only open to the Private Equity community. We are asking each firm to commit to be a charter member of this group for 1 year at a cost of $400 per year per firm. Either yourself or another senior member of your firm will attend each meeting and we will establish a calendar whereby we meet once per quarter to network, discuss issues that we agree are relevant to our business and invite relevant speakers to present. We would propose that going forward we meet the 3rd Thursday in March (3/15), June (6/21), September (9/20) and November (11/15) for cocktails and dinner, starting at 6pm and ending at 9pm. This will allow us to have an hour to network, an hour for dinner and a presentation, and an hour to discuss topics of member interest. Further, it would be an added benefit of membership that when any member has a question or issue, that they would email the entire group with their question and that all members could participate in an online discussion regarding their experiences as they relate to the question raised. In this way, not only would we benefit from the quarterly meetings, but hopefully create a network that we can each utilize to identify and implement best practices within our firms in between meetings.
