How do I get my username and password?
Once your membership has been approved by ACG Arizona, your username and password will be sent to you via e-mail. If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact us directly.
What is the policy on transferring membership?
Membership in ACG Arizona belongs to the individual, not the employing organization. If an individual changes employment or moves from one position to another, it is his right to take the membership with him. ACG Arizona does not allow membership transfers from one individual to another individual, whether or not they are employed within the same organization.
What if I am a member of another ACG chapter?
As a member of another ACG chapter, you can attend as many ACG Arizona events as you'd like at the member rate. Please note that certain events are by invitation only and are not open to everyone to attend.
When does my membership expire and how can I renew it?
Your membership expires on the annual anniversary date of your joining ACG Arizona. You will receive reminders via email of an expiring membership. To renew your membership you must log in and follow the prompts as all memberships are processed through ACG's Global Headquarters in Chicago.
