Registration Cancellation Policy:

Please note that cancellation of registrations received or postmarked on or before December 4, 2011 will incur a $50 administration fee.
Cancellation of registrations received or postmarked after December 4, 2011 and on or before January 7, 2012 will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the registration payment.
No refund of the registration payment will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after January 7, 2012.
