Catherine Dixon, The Intersect Group
Catherine Dixon is regarded as an expert resource in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. About Our Panelists:

Alfredo Barquin, Managing Director, Global Business Development, GE Energy
Alfredo Barquin has over sixteen years focused on developing and executing strategies to grow businesses globally.  Additionally, he has made numerous contributions to business restructurings, portfolio assessments and divestitures.  As Managing Director of Business Development at GE Energy, Alfredo has focused on driving acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments globally within the GE Energy business.  Since joining GE in 2001, Alfredo has executed transactions across a number of business areas, including power generation, transmission and distribution, industrial water filtration, and energy services infrastructure.

Al Cochran, CFO of Greenway Medical Technologies
Al Cochran joined Greenway Medical Technologies in November 2009. Mr. Cochran brings to Greenway significant public company experience to meet the strategic requirements of the next phase of the Company's growth and development.
Prior to joining Greenway, Mr. Cochran was with TurboChef Technologies, Inc. where he was Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations from October 2007 until TurboChef’s merger with The Middleby Corporation and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer October 2003 to October 2007. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of PracticeWorks, Inc. from its formation in August 2000 until its acquisition by The Eastman Kodak Company in October 2003.

Stockton Croft, Executive Director of Arcapita
Mr. Croft has been with Arcapita since 2004 and head of the U.S. Private Equity team since 2006.  Mr. Croft focuses on the consumer and industrial sectors and serves as Chairman of the Board of Tensar, Varel and Bijoux Terner.  He is also currently a member of the Board of Directors of 3PD, Meridian Surgical Partners, and PODS and previously served on the Board of Directors of Church’s Chicken, Yakima, Loehmann’s and Ampad, prior to their respective sales.  Prior to Arcapita, Mr. Croft was a founding partner of Argonne Capital Group, a private equity firm with approximately $150 million of total capital invested in the restaurant industry.  

John Heyman, CEO of Radiant Systems
Mr. Heyman has served as Radiant Systems’ Chief Executive Officer since January 2002 and as a director of Radiant Systems since June 1996. Mr. Heyman served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President from September 1995 to January 2002. Prior to joining Radiant Systems, Mr. Heyman served in a variety of capacities in communications, merchant banking, and consulting with a variety of firms. Mr. Heyman has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia

Brian Sadler, CFO of Chamberlin Edmonds

For the past six years, Brian has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chamberlin Edmonds & Associates, Inc., the nation’s largest and fastest-growing provider of government healthcare eligibility and enrollment services.  The company recently merged with Emdeon, Inc. (NYSE: EM), a leading US-based healthcare information technology services company.  In 2009, Brian received the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "CFO of the Year" award for medium-sized private companies for his role in the company’s successful 2008 private equity-backed LBO/MBO.
