Pam Hendrickson is Chief Operating Officer of The Riverside Company. Ms. Hendrickson leads the largest division of the firm, which is made up of seven departments, including Global Deal Origination and Fundraising. She is the Chairman of the Global Board of Directors for The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the organization focused on driving middle market growth. Ms. Hendrickson also received the 2012 Private Equity Manager Leadership Award from Private Equity International, thanks in large part to her years of service in the private equity industry and her innovative leadership with Riverside. She has spent considerable time promoting the benefits of private equity, including testifying before the U.S. Congress on behalf of the industry, and she is an active participant with various advocacy organizations. Prior to joining Riverside in 2006, Ms. Hendrickson spent 22 years in a variety of senior roles at JP Morgan Chase, most recently as the chief of one of the largest regions in its U.S. Private Bank. She holds an MBA in finance and marketing from Northwestern University and a BA in public policy and history from Duke University.

Jason Kelly is the managing editor of Bloomberg LINK, overseeing content for the firm’s global conference business. He’s the author of The New Tycoons: Inside the Trillion Dollar Private Equity Industry That Owns Everything, the product of five years leading Bloomberg’s coverage of the private equity business. He’s also a frequent contributor to Bloomberg Television. As a reporter at Bloomberg for more than a decade, he covered the global technology industry, as well as stories ranging from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina to economic development amid the war in Afghanistan. An accomplished long-distance runner, He's currently at work on a new book about the business of endurance sports, to be published by John Wiley & Sons in early 2015.
