Through an aggressive M&A strategy, Mohawk Industries transformed itself from a small U.S. carpet manufacturer to the world’s largest flooring provider in the span of two decades. During that time, the company expanded its product offering to all major flooring categories, increased its operational footprint to fifteen countries and established sales in more than 140 nations around the globe. Mohawk’s brands are among the most recognized in the industry and include American Olean, Bigelow, Daltile, Durkan, Karastan, Lees, Marazzi, Mohawk, Pergo, Unilin and Quick-Step.

Mr. Boykin was named Vice President — Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company in January 2005. In August 2004, Mr. Boykin was appointed Vice President — Finance. He previously served as Corporate Controller of the Company from April 1993 until May 1999, when he was appointed Vice President, Corporate Controller. Before joining the Company, Mr. Boykin served as a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP.
