A little more information on our panel: 
Panelist: Leigh Ann Groome leads International M&A for Equifax, a global leader in consumer, commercial and workforce information solutions. She is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and divestitures of companies ranging in deal size from 10 million to over 1 billion. Equifax operates in 20 countries, is a member of S&P 500 Index and is traded on the NYSE under the symbol EFX.
With more than 25 years of deal leadership, Leigh Ann’s experience includes in-house Corporate Development at Equifax, Investment Banking at a regional brokerage firm and Corporate Finance at a former Big 8 accounting firm. In addition, her background includes being CFO of non-profit company Hemisphere Inc., various integration assignments and special projects for the Equifax CEO.
Leigh Ann graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with Honors in Industrial and Systems Engineering and from UNC Kenan-Flagler with an MBA.
 
Panelist: Giny E. Mullins, Managing Director, has been with Linx Partners for over nine years. Linx Partners is a lower middle market private equity firm that partners with families and entrepreneur-led companies in the
industrial space. Giny is responsible for all aspects of investing, financing, growing and managing the Linx
portfolio investments. Ms. Mullins is currently Chairman of the Board of Reconstruction Experts and a member of the board of Gullett Holdings. She was Chairman of the Board of Tidewater Equipment Company and a member of the board of Cimarron Energy.
Prior to Linx, Giny has over 15 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and restructuring for middle-market businesses. Ms. Mullins previously worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Financial Sponsors Coverage Group of Robert W. Baird, the Debt Portfolio Acquisitions Group of Orix Financial Services, and the commercial lending group of American National Bank.
Giny received an M.B.A. with honors from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and holds a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University, where she graduated magna cum laude. 
 
Panelist: Richelle Terry joined The Lenox Group in 2006 and has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance and financial consulting. The Lenox Group is an Atlanta-based, boutique investment bank focused on providing merger and acquisition advisory services and raising capital for private, middle-market companies with revenues between 20 million and 250 million. Richelle works with companies in the industrial and manufacturing, healthcare, consumer, and business services industries.
Richelle joined The Lenox Group after completing graduate school. Previously, she was a Manager in the Financial Services Division of Assurant Health, a provider of small group and individual medical insurance products, where she developed and implemented sales forecast tools and procedures to be used throughout the company's multi-channel sales environment. She was also responsible for forecast analytics and reporting.Prior to Assurant Health, Richelle worked as an analyst in the Corporate Finance division of Imperial Capital, LLC, a full-service institutional securities brokerage and investment banking firm specializing in the below investment grade market.At Imperial, Richelle assisted in the execution of a variety of merger and acquisition, debt financing and strategic advisory transactions.Prior to Imperial, Richelle was a consultant in the Business Recovery Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.There she worked in an advisory role in turnaround situations and participated in several in- and out-of-court restructurings.
Richelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. She earned her Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University where she was awarded the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Finance.
 
Moderator: Nancy Halwig is senior vice president, Corporate Banking, for PNC Financial Services Group, one of the largest diversified financial services companies in the United States. Halwig is responsible for development of new relationships for large corporate and middle market clients requiring credit and other PNC Financial Services Group services.
With more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Halwig has held several senior management positions since moving to Atlanta 29 years ago. Prior to joining PNC in 2014, Halwig served as managing director with UPS Global Supply Chain Finance (UPSC), where she was responsible for partnering with financial channel partners to develop complex integrated financial supply chain solutions.
Her extensive lending experience prior to PNC includes key leadership roles with RBS Business Capital, Congress Financial/Wachovia Capital Finance, Bank of America, Kredietbank, NV, Citicorp Leveraged Finance, American National Bank and DoveBid.
A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Goucher College, Halwig received a bachelor of arts degree and earned a MBA from Northwestern Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Halwig is on the Advisory Boards of The Alliance Theater and Next Generation Manufacturing. Additionally she currently serves on two committees of the Atlanta Association for Corporate Growth, and is a member of the Southern Capital Forum, the United Way Cole Women’s Society and Womenetics. She is also on the Host Committee for the Atlanta Women’s Foundation “Numbers Too Big to Ignore” luncheon and is a member and Advocate of Onboard. She recently served on the nominating committee for EY’s Georgia 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
