About Our Moderator:
Keisha Olinger, Towers Watson
, is a senior change management consultant with Towers Watson. Drawing upon her 15 years of experience, creative energy and collaborative work style, she creates results-based change implementation, employee engagement and education strategies that drive behavior change. Recently, she served as the Change Management HR PMO lead for one of the largest global beverage manufacturers, assisting C-suite and HR Leadership in building a new HR organization from four companies. Working closely with the VP of HR Strategy, she helped lead the C-suite and HR leadership in prioritizing, developing, implementing and articulating the spectrum of Total Rewards for this new organization of ~70,000 associates.
About Our Speakers:
Alan C. Dahl, a Co-Founder and Managing Director of EDG,
brings over 20 years of senior executive, financial and private equity investing experience to EDG. Prior to founding EDG, Mr. Dahl partnered with Mr. Eaton and other investors in transactions that developed into Genoa Healthcare and Housecall. From 1991 to 2002, Mr. Dahl’s roles included Board Member and Interim CEO of Housecall and serving on the Board of Directors, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Business Development of Centennial. Prior to Centennial, Mr. Dahl was Senior Vice President Investor Relations and Development at Southmark Public Syndications and began his career in the tax department at Arthur Young & Co.
David Cummings has been an entrepreneur
for over a decade. In early 2001, David founded Hannon Hill, which was recognized as the 247th fastest growing company in the U.S. by Inc. magazine as part of the Inc. 500 awards. In early 2007, David co-founded Pardot, which was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as the fastest growing technology company in 2010 and the third fastest-growing company in all of Atlanta that same year. David also co-founded Clickscape real estate technology (clickscape.com), Rigor web performance management (rigor.com), and SalesLoft sales intelligence (salesloft.com).
Robert Coolidge was appointed President & CEO of Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc.
in 2012. He also holds the position of President of the Encompass Parts Distribution division (EPD), which he assumed in 2007. As President & CEO, Mr. Coolidge has operational and fiduciary responsibility for Encompass, comprising both EPD and the Encompass Service Solutions division. For EPD, Mr. Coolidge has been responsible for national sales, vendor relations and IT management and development, as well as integration management. He has been instrumental in business development efforts with national retailers, as well as forging strong relationships with a number of leading manufacturers.
Robert Gowens, Phoenix Management
Bob Gowens, a Managing Director at Phoenix, has over 40 years of senior leadership experience in a variety of business environments. Mr. Gowens has been a senior operating executive for over 19 years at both growth-oriented and challenged companies and has had full P&L responsibility as Chief Executive Officer, President and Vice President/General Manager. He spent his initial professional years and the past seven years as a consultant with multi-national consulting firms and with his own consulting practice – with five of those years focused on turnarounds. Mr. Gowens is an effective leader, having worked with companies ranging from under $10 million in sales to over $3 billion in sales in both the public and private sectors.
Phil Geminder is Vice President of Graphic Business Systems for Graphic Packaging International
at its world headquarters in Marietta, GA. Graphic Packaging is a leading provider of paperboard packaging solutions and packaging machinery to a wide variety food, beverage and consumer product companies. The company’s customers include some of the most well known brands in the world. Graphic Packaging has operations in North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Phil and his team are responsible for leading the processes for Merger and Acquisition Integrations, Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Optimization.
