About Our Moderator:

Bart McLean, Partner, MSouth Equity Partners.
Mr. McLean has been in private equity since 1983. Mr. McLean joined CGW Southeast Partners in 1992 as a Partner and co-founded MSouth in 2007. Prior to joining the CGW, Mr. McLean was a Principal with Allsop Venture Partners in St. Louis from 1987 through 1992. Allsop Ventures was focused on investing in and acquiring lower middle market companies.

Jeffery B. Baker- EVP, Mergers and Acquisitions
Jeffery (Jeff) B. Baker is an Executive Vice President at Interactive Communications Inc. ("InComm"). At InComm, Mr. Baker’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the company’s domestic and international merger and acquisition opportunities. Mr. Baker is also in charge of Medagate Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of InComm that provides point of sale adjudication for over-the-counter medication purchases for Medicare and Medicaid members.

Babette Henagan- Founding Member, Linx Partners
Ms. Henagan is a founding member of Linx Partners, a private equity investment firm that partners with family owners, entrepreneurs and management to acquire and grow middle-market industrial companies. Previously, she was Senior Managing Director of Bradford Ventures, Ltd. She is Chairman of the Board of Metaltech Service Center, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta Speech School and the Atlanta Botanical Garden, where she previously served as Chairman. Ms. Henagan is on the Board of Councilors of The Carter Center and is a member of the Goizueta Business School Advisory Board of Emory University. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Princeton University.

Brian Peter- Head of the SunTrust Commercial Banking Line of Business, SunTrust
Brian Peter’s is the Head of the SunTrust Commercial Banking Line of Business Brian has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including the last 16 years at SunTrust. Prior to his current role as Head of Commercial Banking Line of Business, Brian was with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey - building and leading the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group and previously, the Financial Services & Technology Investment Banking Group.
