Exhibit space includes:
  • One (1) - six (6) foot draped table
  • One (1) exhibitor sign
  • One (1) complimentary exhibitor registration
  • Exhibitor information in the ACG Capital Connection Conference Guide
  • Registered attendees from each registered Private Equity Marketplace exhibitor will be invited to an exclusive Exhibitor on the evening of February 7, 2012 which will be attended by local intermediaries.

Exhibit Space Assignments
Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the 2011 event sold out VERY quickly leaving many PEGs without the ability to exhibit. Spaces cannot be guaranteed until payment is received. Applications received after January 1, 2012 will not be guaranteed acknowledgment in the Conference Guide. No exhibitor may assign or sublet the whole or part of the space assigned. ACG Capital Connection reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan or relocate spaces.

Exhibit Personnel/Complimentary Registrations
Each exhibit table will be issued a total of 1 complimentary registration to the Atlanta ACG Capital Connection. Any additional exhibit personnel will be required to register directly with the Atlanta ACG Capital Connection.




Registration
Registration is by invitation and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close when the exhibitor space is full.  If you are interested in registering, please contact Robert Owen,  Atlanta ACG Capital Connection Chair, 404-442-5681 or rowen@tuckermidis.com.

ACG Atlanta reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in acceptance or refusal of applications.
If an application is not accepted by ACG Atlanta, all money will be returned to the applicant.

Qualified Private Equity Marketplace Participant (Exhibitor) is limited to entities that fit the following criteria:
  • Providers of equity and mezzanine capital who are directly involved in the purchase of equity or junior equity of corporations for their own account, with their own funds, as their primary mandate.
  • Corporate or strategic acquirers who acquire companies for their own account.
  • Fundless Sponsors who purchase operating companies using third party resources, have at least one operating portfolio company and who exert similar controls to those exercised by a committed Capital Private Equity Fund.

The Atlanta ACG Capital Connection Executive Committee reserves the right to refuse exhibitors not meeting standards required or expected of the ACG Capital Connection.
