Reverse Capital Connection

During lunch, the Exhibitor Hall will transform from the Equity Marketplace to the Reverse Capital Connection. With the tables reversed, investment bankers become the exhibitors. Private equity groups, CFO's, accountants, lawyers and other deal makers can visit individually with investment bankers representing firms across the United States. Exhibiting investment banks will be featured in the conference book and invited to attend the Exhibitor Reception the evening prior to the conference. The objective is to enhance communication and networking among all conference participants.

This year, each firm participating in the Reverse Capital Connection will receive two (2) attendee registrations.

Investment Banker Benefits:

Exhibit Space - $550 per exhibit table if purchased by Dec. 31, 2011
$650 if purchased after Dec. 31, 2011 and before Feb. 7, 2012

Exhibit space includes:

One (1) - six (6) foot draped table
One (1) Investment Banker sign
Two (2) complimentary Investment Banker registrations.
Company information in the ACG Capital Connection Conference Guide
The complimentary registered Investment Bankers will be invited to a casual Exhibitor event on the evening of February 7, 2012.

Space Assignments
Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces cannot be guaranteed until payment is received. Applications received after January 1, 2012 will not be guaranteed acknowledgment in the Conference Guide. No exhibitor may assign or sublet the whole or part of the space assigned. ACG Capital Connection reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan or relocate spaces.

Investment Banker Personnel/Complimentary Registrations
Each Reverse Capital Connection table will be issued a total of 2 complimentary registrations to the Atlanta ACG Capital Connection for exhibit personnel. Any additional exhibit personnel will be required to register directly with the Atlanta ACG Capital Connection.

Registration
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close when the exhibitor space is full.

ACG Atlanta reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in acceptance or refusal of applications.
If an application is not accepted by ACG Atlanta, all money will be returned to the applicant.

The Atlanta ACG Capital Connection Executive Committee reserves the right to refuse exhibitors not meeting standards required or expected of the ACG Capital Connection.
