Marco Tomassetti is Managing Director for KPMG’s Corporate Finance Inc. practice in Vancouver. With over 17 years of corporate finance experience, Marco has advised companies across a diverse range of industries and transaction situations. His experience includes advising companies in divestitures, acquisitions, mergers, financing, restructuring and business valuations and fairness opinions for deals ranging in size from 10 million to over 250 million. Marco is a co-author and past instructor of professional development courses on financing strategies for the institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, and has taught courses on acquisitions, divestitures, financing, valuations and due diligence. Marco has a Bachelor of Business Administration, is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator
