Join ACG Calgary and TEC Canada for an expert panel discussion on “Thriving in a low oil & gas price environment”. The Panel will be moderated by Ron Guidinger, TEC Canada Chair and will include panelists from Pandell, Tundra Process Solutions, Excel Homes and Fulcrum Capital.  A networking breakfast will be hosted prior to the start of the Panel.

Panelist Bios:
 
Michael Berkson, Partner with Fulcrum Capital Partners
 
Michael is active in a broad range of Fulcrum’s investing activities, including originating, executing and managing investments. Michael currently sits on the boards of Tradesmen Enterprises and Weatherhaven Global Resources. Michael started his career with a large international financial institution and moved to Fulcrum Capital in 2003. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University in Victoria, and an MBA
from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Michael is a graduate of the ICD Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Board Effectiveness Program. Fulcrum Capital Partners provides flexible private equity solutions to the Canadian middle market. Greg Chudiak, President & CEO with Pandell 
 
Greg Chudiak is President & CEO of Pandell. The company provides back-office software to more than 350 upstream oil and gas, pipeline, and utility companies across North America. Pandell’s client base ranges from
start-ups to large E&P companies. Over the past 15 years, Greg has been through a number of downturns in the oil and gas industry and has seen how different companies have operated through these periods of low commodity
prices.  Before starting Pandell, Greg headed Microsoft's consulting division across the prairies and was responsible for managing the group’s technical work with enterprise clients. Greg also has experience in the field of real-time control systems through his work for Kenonic Controls. Mr. Chudiak has been a member of TEC since 2007. He is a Professional Engineer who holds bachelor degrees in Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan.
 
Iggy Domagalski, Chief Operating Officer with Tundra Process Solutions Ltd.
Iggy has been with Tundra Process Solutions for the past 9 years and during his time has led the transformation
from an instrumentation distributor with 8-million in revenues to a 140-million industrial equipment integrator with seven thriving divisions. Tundra was recently named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, is Profit
Magazine’s 7th Fastest Growing Company in Canada with revenues above 100 million, and has been named Employer of the Year by numerous industry associations. Prior to Tundra, Iggy started his career in Corporate Finance at Investors Group in Winnipeg, and later became President of Western Industrial Enterprises, an air compressor distributor in Vancouver. Iggy founded and currently runs the Tundra University leadership program, and is very hands-on with several local community organizations including Kids Cancer Care Foundation and Hockey Alberta.
 
Lance Floer, President with Excel Homes

Lance graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He articled for two years with the CA firm of Peat Marwick Mitchell and Co. Lance spent the next 5 years with a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) consulting firm and was appointed Vice President, Sales and Marketing in 1990. He was involved in the implementation of GIS systems for clients in the petroleum, government and utility sectors in Canada, the US, Europe and the Middle East. Lance entered the new home construction industry in 1992 and moved to Excel in 1995 as Sales and Marketing Manager. Lance was part of the management team that led Excel to a CHBA National Grand SAM Award and a CHBA National Best Sales and Marketing Team award in 1996. Lance left Excel in 1997 to pursue other business interests and rejoined the company in 2004. Lance became Chief Operating Officer in 2010 and was appointed President of Excel in 2013.
