ACG Central Texas' 3rd Annual Private Equity Two-Step is a "Meet and Pitch" event that includes presentations from private equity and other investment  firms, break-out sessions for one-on-one meetings with fund representatives, a lunch and panel discussion with portfolio company executives, and a networking cocktail reception in the early evening.  This year's focus is: Family Business & Private Enterprise in Transition. Whether the transition is growth, retooling to meet a changing market, an acquisition, a management buyout, retirement, an exit, or transitioning to the next generation, finding the right equity partner is critical to the success of the transition.

Online registration is now CLOSED (the RSVP deadline was Tuesday, November 3rd). On-Site Registrants/Walk-ins will be accommodated if space is available based on no-shows at the following prices: ACG Members & Investment Bankers @ 65./Non-ACG Members @ 125.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing to acgcentraltexas@acg.org by 5pm three days before the event will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5pm three days before the event. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend, unless they are an Investment Banker.
