ACG In Austin: Larry Warnock, former CEO, Gazzang Inc. on 4/8/15

The Austin-based executive, who was Cloudera's vice president of security after the Gazzang deal, expects to find a CEO position at another early-stage technology company in Austin. He's already in discussions with prospects and plans to take a couple months off while considering options.
Warnock was previously CEO of Austin-based Phurnace Software Inc., which was acquired for an undisclosed amount in January 2010 by Houston-based BMC Software Inc.
He was also the chief marketing officer of Vignette Corp., an Austin software maker, and vice president of marketing for Zilliant Inc., an Austin-based developer of price optimization software.

There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5pm on April 7th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
