Edward A. Cross, II is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of San Antonio Commercial Advisors, an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. San Antonio Commercial Advisors is a full service real estate firm that specializes in office and industrial leasing, brokerage and investment transactions in San Antonio and South Texas.
Ed Cross began his real estate career in 1980 in Houston with Kirksey Development Company. Previously, he was employed by Ernst and Young in the Tax & Audit Departments. He was then Senior Vice President and a Partner of Trinity Asset Management, a subsidiary of Embrey Investments, which he joined in 1985. In 1998, Ed founded Cross & Company and has built one of the most dedicated, recognized and respected real estate firms in the San Antonio area. In 2011, San Antonio Commercial Advisors was created to better serve existing client needs and the growing demands of the San Antonio
commercial real estate market.
Mr. Cross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, is a licensed real estate broker and was a Certified Public Accountant. In 1992, 1996 and 1997, he was named the #1 Commercial Real Estate Broker in San Antonio by the San Antonio Business Journal and he routinely acts as mentor to those entering the field.
Mr. Cross has a long history of public service which currently includes the Boards of Our Lady of the Lake University, The Downtown Alliance, and the Architectural Foundation of San Antonio. He is a past Chairman of the Board for SAMMinistries, which is now a Haven for Hope partner, and he initiated the creation of Furniture for a Cause. Mr. Cross continues to serve on SAMM’s Advisory Council and FFAC’s Board. Previous board service includes the JP Morgan Chase Advisory Board, The CORE Network, the San Antonio Academy, the City of San Antonio Planning Commission and the San Antonio Zoo Board.
Ed is married to the former Nancy Scott and they have two sons, Teddy and Charlie. He is also a member, former Deacon and current Elder at First Presbyterian Church, San Antonio. 
 
Online registration is now open and the RSVP deadline is Friday, June 20th. Lunch prices are as follows: ACG Member price: 30./Non-ACG Member price: 55. Each price will increase by 10 after the RSVP deadline.

This lunch will take place at the Plaza Club @ 100 w. Houston St., Suite 2100 in the Frost Bank Building. 
Complimentary self-parking for this event is available in the parking garage of the Frost Bank building.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgcentraltexas@acg.org by 5pm, June 23rd will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5pm on June 23rd. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
