Jennifer Shemwell, President, Phyllis Browning Company 

President of the Phyllis Browning Company with over twenty years experience in the real estate business, Jennifer Shemwell has been consistently named one of the Top 50 Realtors® in San Antonio by the San Antonio Business Journal.

She is an expert in luxury real estate and is regularly involved in the sale of some of the city’s most valuable residential properties. Since 2010 she has been ranked in the top five by the San Antonio Business Journal having more than 20 million in residential sales each year.
Jennifer graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics and Political Science in 1991. After working in Spain for the United States government in 1992, she returned home to San Antonio and joined Phyllis Browning Company. In 1995 she participated in Leadership San Antonio. Jennifer joined her mother, Phyllis Browning, in the management of Phyllis Browning Company in 2005. She serves on the boards of the United Way and Young Presidents’ Organization.
Jennifer Shemwell is married to Bob Shemwell, architect and principal at Overland Partners, and they have three children.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgcentraltexas@acg.org by 5pm, Sept. 29th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5pm on Sept. 29th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
