Overview

Body
Jack Nelson, Co-Founder & President of Propel Financial Services
Armed with a vision, core values and a desire to help property owners, Texas entrepreneurs Red McCombs and Jack Nelson founded Propel Financial Services in 2007. Propel was launched from a tiny office with Nelson as the sole employee for the first year. Relying on old-fashioned hard work, integrity, and thoughtful business practices, Propel quickly gained momentum (and staff) and is now the largest property tax finance company in the country with offices throughout Texas,
California, and New Jersey. As of May 2012, Propel became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Encore Capital Group (NASDAQ: ECPG) which ushered in a flood of support for Propel's longstanding commitment to the customer and to fair
business practices.
Propel, now with its nearly 80 valued employees across its family of brands-Propel Tax, RETax Funding, and Rio Tax-provides quality property tax assistance to commercial and residential property owners by structuring affordable monthly payment plans. Propel facilitates tax lien transfers, tax lien assignments, and tax lien certificate purchases throughout the country including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Nevada, Ohio, and Texas. Propel embraces high standards, ethical business practices, and customer focused regulation-all of which benefit taxing entities as well as their constituents, and instill confidence in our tax lien services from start to finish. Property owners appreciate Propel's flexible terms and genuine customer service. Taxing entities appreciate Propel's responsible business protocol and ability to expedite funding.
