ACG In Austin: Pat Kelly, Former CFO at Vast.com on 12/9/15

Over the past thirty years Pat Kelly has acquired a wealth of business experience, primarily in executive roles in software companies and airlines. For fifteen of those years Pat has served as Chief Financial Officer for private and public companies, including: CFO for Vast.com, a venture-backed internet services company based in Austin, Texas; interim CFO for Panera Bread; interim CFO for Hawker Beechcraft Corp., a Wichita, Kan. based aerospace manufacturing company; CFO for Vignette and also for Trilogy, both software companies in Austin; and CFO for the Sabre Group.
Pat is chairman of the audit committee and a director on the board of Active Power in Austin, and formerly served as director of the board for Express Jet Airlines in Houston.

If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
