Roynat Capital has been providing innovative financial solutions to businesses since 1962. We are a mezzanine and senior debt lender serving the middle market by making direct investments in independent transactions and providing capital for transactions supported by financial sponsors. We are focused on companies with EBITDA in the $5 million to $25 million range.
