Ladies and Gentlemen:
Welcome to the ACG China website. As the 54th Chapter of ACG and the first chapter of ACG to be established in Asia, ACG China would like to invite corporate growth and M&A professionals located in and around China to the ACG community.
On June 10th, members of the ACG board of directors, Tianjin Municipal Government, and China M&A Association gathered in Tianjin, China to officially announce the establishment of the ACG China chapter which will be headquartered in Tianjin. ACG China and the Tianjin Municipal Government are anxious to work together to create a more robust environment for corporate growth and M&A activity in China.
We have already held two local events in Shanghai and Beijing, where participants have had the opportunity to participate in discussions regarding RMB Funds vs. Global Funds and the Impacts of the Financial Crisis on PE Investment in the US and China. ACG China will always aim to encourage networking and deal-making among leaders in corporations, private equity, finance, and professional service firms focused on building value in their organizations.
