Panelists will share stories of best practices and lessons learned in navigating one or more exits from businesses they built, including valuable feedback to advisors as to what works and what doesn’t to sdd value in the planning process leading up to a successful exit.

Curt Rutsky, CEO and founder of Syntac USA, an industry leader in custom-designed adhesive systems.
Syntac is Curt’s third company founded after building and selling two companies: Innova Corp, a medical device company and Coating Sciences, Inc., a specialty tape manufacturer. A leader in his industry, Curt serves as VP of the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council (PSTC) and is a member of the Gasket Fabricators Association (GFA).
Eli Boufis, CFA, Managing Director of Driehaus Private Equity, LLC
Eli is responsible for executing the firm’s investment strategy, which includes working with portfolio businesses throughout their investment cycle. He joined Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 2001 as an Associate in its private equity investments group. In 2002 he assumed responsibility for advising Richard Driehaus on all aspects of the existing private equity portfolio. In addition to his responsibilities with the portfolio investments, Eli evaluated and executed additional investments in funds and direct investments in privately held businesses. He is currently a Board Member of Utility Pipeline Ltd and Iverify.
