Event Pre-Registration Required:
Our venues require 72 hours notice of our final registration numbers so that they can make sure that we have enough food and beverage. Registrations must be in no later than 5pm the Friday before the event. All requests coming in after that time will be added to a waiting list. Because we know that many of you invite others to attend our events, we ask that you make sure that your guests are also pre-registered. Members can sign up for the automatic lunch pre-registration program. This program will pre-register you for every lunch unless you cancel. Many members find this is an easy way to ensure they are registered in time. Contact Louise Richardson (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make that arrangement. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
