ACG Leadership 20
Meeting the Unique Needs of Professional Services
Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Leadership 20 brings together the best emerging leaders of Colorado’s professional service firms. It equips these leaders with the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to lead project teams and organizational units to higher levels of performance. L20 is specifically designed for those who have demonstrated leadership skills and are on track to assume additional leadership responsibilities. The sessions are interactive, fun, and practice-based. Participants will be able to immediately apply what they learn in each session to everyday situations. Each session sets a context for effective leadership actions based upon best practices.
In addition to providing a solid foundation in leadership skills, L20 facilitates the development of ongoing business relationships. Now in its sixth year, the L20 alumni community includes some of the most prominent young practitioners in Colorado’s professional services community.

Eligibility
- Be active in professional services
- Have demonstrated leadership skills and be on track to assume additional leadership responsibilities
- Be committed to learning and application of ideas through full participation in all programs and networking sessions
- Your manager’s awareness and acknowledgement of your involvement
Nomination and Acceptance
Perspective participants in the ACG Denver Leadership 20 may:
- Nominate themselves by completing the online application at www.regonline.com/ACGL20APPLICATION2012 by July 13th.
- Be nominated by Leadership 20 Alumni or Managing Directors or Senior Managers in professional services. The nomination form is located at www.regonline.com/ACGL20NOMINATION2012 Nominations are due by June 29th to allow time for the perspective participant to complete the on-line application due July 13th.
- Candidates will be reviewed and approved by the ACG Denver Leadership 20 Committee. Invitations for the Fall 2012 Leadership 20 class will be sent directly to the prospective candidate in early August. The deadline to nominate a person is June 29, 2012. Participant applications are due July 13, 2012.
Program Fees
$995 - Fees are all-inclusive and also include a one-year participation membership with ACG Denver. If the participant remains active and wishes to pursue a full ACG membership, they will receive a $100 discount off of that membership.
