FAQs

How do I get my username and password?

Once your membership has been approved by ACG's national office, your username and password will be sent to you via e-mail.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact us directly.

What if I am a member of another ACG chapter?

As a member of another ACG chapter, you can attend as many ACG Denver events as you'd like at the member rate.  Please note that certain events are by invitation only and are not open to everyone to attend.

What is the policy on transferring membership?

Membership in ACG Denver belongs to the individual, not the employing organization.  If an individual changes employment or moves from one position to another, it is his right to take the membership with him.  ACG Denver does not allow membership transfers from one individual to another individual, whether or not they are employed within the same organization.

When does my membership expire and how can I renew it?

Your membership expires on the annual anniversary date of your joining ACG Denver. Click here to renew.

What is the policy for contacting fellow ACG members?

We encourage our members to develop quality relationships based on mutual value creation by using ACG resources.  However, please do not misuse privileged membership data. Member data cannot be shared with non-members. Mass solicitations by email, direct mail or telemarketers are strictly prohibited.
