Join us in Detroit as we come together to acknowledge the contributions and achievements of women in the M&A community. It’s an exciting time as we see more women making their mark in the middle market sector and we’re looking forward to celebrating these accomplishments with a champagne lunch. We’ll also be honoring our award winners & enjoying insights from our fantastic keynote speaker, Jenny Feterovich, who is sure to inspire. This event promises to be a wonderful occasion for celebration and networking. We hope you can join in on the festivities! 

Men are, of course, welcome to attend, as well.  It's set to be a great day for everyone involved and we'd love to see you there!

Jenny Feterovich is an award-winning, 4 time Emmy nominated TV and film Producer known for the hit TV show START UP and the award-winning feature length documentary The Russian Five amongst the long list of notable projects. She’s a lifelong entrepreneur and small business advocate, focusing on empowering women and immigrants in business. Jenny also made a name in the music world as the globetrotting DJ Jenny LaFemme and co-creator of Girls Gone Vinyl, an organization that highlights and advances women in electronic music. 

Jenny arrived in the US with 6 suitcases and $100 to her name. Her family fled their native Soviet Union and landed in Detroit in 1989, immediately jumping into small business. Since then, she has created several corporations, worked with several Fortune 500 companies (including American Express, General Motors, State Farm, Jaguar Land Rover, UPS, Microsoft, GoDaddy), and had traveled as a motivational speaker. 

She is currently serving as a US Central Growth Director for Entrepreneur Organization and holds several key leadership positions within EO.  Jenny is Global Speaker’s Academy Certified Speaker and has spoken at Google Talks, TEDx, EO Alchemy, One Canada, DIG South, SUP-X, and Detroit Startup Week and She also volunteers for nonprofit work around the world, from Habitat For Humanity to Godmothers Detroit.

Our awards are designed to honor and recognize women who are making inspirational moves & have a bold vision to positively grow or enhance their communities, companies, or industries. Investment bankers, lawyers, bankers, accountants, entrepreneurs, middle market business leaders, those in private equity, corporate development, and other service providers are eligible.

We are thrilled to honor Antonia for her exceptional achievements in Detroit's middle market community, early in her career. Antonia is a Corporate Finance Associate at Dykema. She works with clients in a variety of sectors, but her top priority in any transaction is making sure that the deal gets done, whether that is by flagging issues that come up during due diligence, counseling on potential risks, or working with the team to finalize transaction documents. Antonia also serves on the executive board of the Detroit Bar Association Barristers. She has displayed remarkable determination and professionalism, setting a high standard for the next generation, while propelling her firm forward.

We are excited to recognize Terrah for her visionary leadership and significant contributions to Detroit's middle market community. She has spent 19 years with JP Morgan Chase and is now the Managing Director & Region Manager - Michigan Middle Market Banking. Terrah leads the 3rd largest middle market portfolio for the bank nationwide. Her passion for coaching and development serves those at her firm, as well as the charities and organizations she is involved with. Terrah has not only achieved a remarkable career trajectory but has also demonstrated unwavering dedication to fostering growth and mentorship within JP Morgan Chase and beyond.
