Transactional Due Diligence

Looking Beyond the Numbers

The core objective of due diligence is to provide all interested parties with an objective review of all major components of an entity or product to ensure a sound business decision can be made, legal requirements meet and the interested parties are protected.

Whether considering a major acquisition, transaction, partnership or changes in other business relationships, having the right business intelligence can mean the difference between success and failure through appropriate due diligence.

Program:

Our panel will discuss target areas of due diligence that at times are overlooked while the more common due diligence reviews in the financial, operational, legal and documents is being conducted.

Discussion will include such areas as site reviews, business reputations of the company and representatives, business entity litigation and disputes, business assets, comprehensive backgrounds of company officers and directors, executive affiliations and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance.

An open discussion will follow panel presentations
