Angus White
Chapter President


Angus White is Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer
for PNC Business Credit covering the State of Michigan, principally Southeast Michigan.  Based in Bloomfield Hills, he is responsible for originating,  negotiating and closing loans to companies across a wide variety of industries.

Prior to joining PNC Business Credit, Mr. White served more than eighteen years covering the Metropolitan Detroit and Michigan markets providing financial services to the middle market, large corporate and real estate sectors.  He has a substantial background in both restructurings and asset based lending.

Mr. White has both a Bachelor of Science and an M.B.A. in Finance from Wayne State University in Detroit,  Michigan.  In addition, he received formal credit training from the National Bank of Detroit.  He is a member of ACG Detroit and TMA Detroit.

Prior to his career in Banking, Mr. White was a police officer in the Detroit Metropolitan area for 10 years and received four citations for Meritorious Service.


Peter Bridges
Vice President, Programs

Peter Bridges has been successfully recruiting in Corporate Finance, with an emphasis on Investment Banking, Private Equity and Turnaround Consulting for nearly two decades. He has a track record of partnering with clients in the development of their top management teams.

Prior to joining Townsend Search Group Mr. Bridges served as the Managing Director of Operations for Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, a leader in turnaround consulting, litigation support and investment banking; an employment relationship developed as a result of a long-standing client relationship. As Managing Director of Operations he was responsible for corporate strategy, employment initiatives, day-to-day operations of the firm and was a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Mr. Bridges received his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Administration from Northwood University.


Rob Parker
Vice President, Marketing

Robert S. Parker is a Managing Director with W.Y. Campbell & Company. Mr. Parker joined W.Y. Campbell & Company from UBS Warburg in Los Angeles, California. While at UBS Warburg, Mr. Parker was an Associate Director in the Investment Banking department where he was involved in mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and leveraged buyout transactions. Mr. Parker also worked for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisition Group. Prior to completing his Master of Business Administration, Mr. Parker also worked for Ernst & Young in their National Tax Department in Washington, DC. Mr. Parker received his Master of Business Administration from The University of Michigan Business School and a B.A. from The University of Michigan College of Literature, Science and Arts.


Bill Sigler
Vice President, Membership

William E. Sigler is a shareholder at Maddin, Hauser, Wartell, Roth & Heller, P.C. in Southfield, Michigan. His practice involves representing privately owned businesses, particularly in business planning, structuring and formation of business entities, acquisitions and dispositions, debt-financing transactions, equity investments, joint ventures, contract drafting and review, regulatory and compliance matters, employee benefit plans, executive compensation, and business succession and estate planning. Mr. Sigler is a member of the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Metropolitan Detroit and is active in charitable and bar related activities. 


Scott Terryn
Vice President, Sponsorships


Scott Terryn began his banking career in 1985 with the National Bank of Detroit. He spent 12 years with NBD in its Branch Management Training Program and its Commercial Loan Officer Training Program. Scott achieved the level of Assistant Vice President in NBD’s Middle Market Commercial Lending Division. In 1997, Scott began his Asset Based Lending career with Wells Fargo Business Credit (then known as Norwest Business Credit). Over the next 11 years, he worked with several ABL lenders, including LaSalle Business Credit and Chase Business Credit before returning to Wells Fargo Business Credit in 2007. Scott has experience in closing transactions in numerous industries include automotive, trucking, steel, meat processor, heavy truck, distribution and others.
 
Scott completed his undergraduate work at Alma College with a Bachelor or Arts in Business Administration. He obtained a MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Detroit.
 
Scott has spent his entire professional career in Michigan.


Justin Klimko
Secretary


Justin G. Klimko practices law in the Detroit office of Butzel Long.  He has extensive experience in securities regulation, corporate and commercial financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.  He is a former chairperson of the State Bar of Michigan's Business Law Section and serves as co-chairperson of the section's Corporate Laws Committee and as chairperson of the Michigan Ad Hoc Committee on Legal Opinions.  Mr. Klimko is a former adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy Law School and a frequent author and lecturer on business law topics.  He is included in "The Best Lawyers in America," "Chambers USA" and "Michigan Super Lawyers."  Mr. Klimko is the recipient of the State Bar Business Law Section’s Stephen H. Schulman Outstanding Business Lawyer Award for 2009.
