Charles Adams leads the Dallas office of Patriot Capital, a 20+ year multi-strategy lower middle market investment firm. At Patriot, Charles leads the Southwest originations and investment efforts and previously led lending and capital markets activities at Texas Capital Bank and GE Capital Markets
Bryan Fischer, Crestline
Bryan Fischer is a Managing Director in Crestline’s Fund Liquidity Solutions Group that focuses on executing non-bank fund financing transactions, including NAV loans and preferred equity to private equity funds, family offices and other private asset vehicles. Mr. Fischer has 20 years’ experience in business development and alternative investments. Prior to joining Crestline, he was Director of Business Development at BDO for the Southwest Region Private Equity Services Group and a Regional Director of Business Development for Great American Group, a B. Riley Financial company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fischer co-founded an alternative investment firm, NBM Group, and was a trading manager at Traditum Group, focused on interest rate strategies. He graduated with a BS in Biology from Boston College.
Ryan Stuart, Woodforest National Bank
As the Dallas Market Executive for Corporate Banking at Woodforest National Bank, Ryan leads a team of professionals who provide tailored and strategic financing solutions for middle market businesses in Texas and surrounding states. With over twenty years of experience in corporate
banking, Ryan has a strong track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across various industries and sectors.
Ryan is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU and holds a degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Akron. Ryan has an extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, valuation, financial analysis, and portfolio management. Ryan leverages these skills to deliver innovative and value-added solutions that helps his clients achieve their growth,
expansion, and acquisition goals.
