Create a competitive advantage in the deal process!  This special track was designed by corporate deal makers for corporate deal makers, and will provide attendees with insight into structures that compliment sellers' motivations while learning about integration, best practices, risk mitigation, competing with private equity firms and negotiating deal terms, as well as a special "lighting round" of hot topics.  Participants will also have access to all other InterGrowth programs and events, including the ACG Capital Connection.
