Registration Information

Registration for ACG InterGrowth 2012 includes:
  *  All educational sessions

  *  All breakfasts, lunches and refreshment breaks

To qualify for the ACG member registration rate, you must be a member when you register to attend ACG InterGrowth. Click here to become a member of ACG and receive lower registration rates. For questions about membership please call 877-358-2220 or visit www.acg.org.

*  Golf and tennis tournament fees are additional
*  Children under 16 years of age are not permitted at the conference
*  Conference is not open to the general public
*  Names processed by March 30, 2012 will appear in the Attendee Roster

Names processed between March 31, 2012 through April 24, 2012, will appear in the Attendee Roster Addendum.

Registration Payment Information
Only U.S. funds will be accepted. Include payment with your registration form by credit card or check made payable to Association for Corporate Growth. Unpaid registrations will not be processed. Full payment must accompany the registration form. The online registration system only accepts credit card payment. The last day to register online is April 18, 2012.

Confirmation of Registration
When you register and submit payment online, you will receive an email confirmation within minutes.  When you register via mail or fax, your confirmation will be emailed within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If you do not submit an email address, your confirmation will be sent by fax (please remember to include your fax number).

Cancellations
ACG must receive all cancellations in writing via email at ACG@showcare.com. Cancellations received on or before March 7, 2012 will be refunded in full.
No refunds will be given after March 7, 2012.

Companions
Bringing your spouse to InterGrowth? Please send an e-mail to Katie Mulligan at kmulligan@acg.org and include your companion’s first and last name and e-mail address. Katie will reach out to you to collect the $350 companion registration payment. Registration is not complete until payment has been processed.


Substitutions
If you are unable to attend InterGrowth, consider sending a colleague in your place. There is no fee for name change substitutions received by April 20, 2012. Please email requests to ACG@showcare.com. Written substitution requests on company letterhead will also be accepted onsite for a fee of $50.

ACG Capital Connection®
ACG Capital Connection sets the stage for an intense networking experience between deal sources and senior partners of exhibiting private equity funds. Last year, ACG Capital Connection welcomed attendees from North America, Europe and Asia. Regarded as one of the high points of InterGrowth, this event takes deal-making to the "next level."  

At this year’s ACG Capital Connection brunch will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 27, 2012.

ACG DealSource®

ACG DealSource provides a "drawn-curtain" venue, allowing intermediaries and investment bankers the privacy they prefer for meetings.

ACG DealSource is configured to hold pre-arranged private meetings between intermediaries, private equity groups and corporate dealmakers. Intermediaries purchase the tables for up to six hours. During that time, they may conduct as many as 18 interviews with participating private equity groups and corporate buyers. 

ACG DealSource will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. - 12 Noon and from 2:00-5:00 p.m.
