How to get started

*  Register for the benchmark survey

*  You will then receive an email invitation containing the URL to the online survey

*  Use the URL to access and complete the online survey contacting SAP for assistance as required (benchmarking@sap.com)

*  Once the survey is completed, SAP will review the survey and work with you to validate the responses.  Typical validation involved addressing survey questions that might be incomplete, appear to have been misinterpreted or otherwise don't appear to be within the typical norm of responses
*  After completion of the data validation process, you will receive a preliminary comparative benchmark report
*  An SAP representative will review the preliminary report with you via a webex teleconference meeting
*  You will have an opportunity to make final updates to the survey data
*  SAP will produce a final comparative benchmark report and work together with you to determine some potential next steps to take action on the findings
