Since being named DFA’s president and chief executive officer in 2006, Rick has been instrumental in leading DFA in cultural and operational changes. DFA is a leading milk marketing cooperative and dairy food processor serving nearly 15,000 members through the core business of marketing members’ milk, paying them a competitive price and being a leader in the dairy industry.
