The Inaugural Deal Forum Join us for the inaugural ACG Maryland Deal Forum at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in the midst of Baltimore's picturesque Inner Harbor. This first time event will feature a Private Equity Marketplace, Deal Source, top speakers, two panel sessions focused on private equity fund raising and the leveraged finance market, and a networking reception and game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The winners will be announced at the Deal of the Year Award Gala on Thursday, November 8, 2012. All firms conducting M&A transactions in Maryland are eligible to enter where transactions occurred between June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012. Entrants will be judged by a distinguished panel of judges comprised of industry experts. The winners will be announced at the Deal of the Year Gala on November 8, 2012. Awards finalists, invited guests and sponsors will celebrate with a cocktail reception and formal dinner in the 1884 Baldwin Roundhouse of the National Historic Landmark B&O Railroad Museum on Thursday, November 8, 2012.
