Andrew T. Greenberg, Chief Executive Officer, GF Data

Andy Greenberg is CEO of GF Data®, the largest and most reliable collector and publisher of confidential data on private equity-backed transactions in the 10-250 million value range.

He is also Managing Director and head of the Industrial and Consumer Products practice group at Fairmount Partners, an M&A firm based in West Conshohocken, PA. Prior to joining Fairmount, Andy ran M&A practices at Brown Brothers Harriman and Commerce Capital Markets. Before his move to investment banking, Greenberg was the youngest Secretary of Commerce in the history of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He served in that position from 1991 to 1994. Andy began his career as a corporate lawyer with Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Philadelphia. He has an A.B. from Brown University and a J.D. from Harvard University.
 
 
 

Jeri Harman, Managing Partner/CEO, Avante Mezzanine Partners

Jeri Harman is a Founder and Partner of Avante Mezzanine Partners. Ms. Harman has 27 years of financing experience, involving well over 1 billion in aggregate transactions. Prior to founding Avante, Ms. Harman launched and led Los Angeles offices for both American Capital and more recently Allied Capital, where she was also a member of Allied’s Investment Committee. Prior to American Capital, Jeri held various senior level positions at Prudential Capital. Jeri has a long history of leadership roles with the Association of Corporate Growth at both ACG Los Angeles as well at ACG Global, and is a Co-Chair of the ACG - Los Angeles Business Conference. Jeri is also Vice Chair of Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA), Ernst &Young Greater Los Angeles Entrepreneur of the Year Judge, and Steering Committee Member of Private Equity Women Investor Network (PEWIN). She received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her M.B.A. from the University of California – Berkeley.
 
 
 

Mark Jones, Partner, River Associates Investments, LLC

Mark Jones joined River Associates in 1995 and oversees the firm’s acquisition origination process. Mr. Jones also manages the firm’s relationships with investment bankers, merger and acquisition intermediaries and limited partner investors. River Associates has a 26 year/78 transaction/6 fund track record as a private equity partner for management teams in buyout, recapitalization, family succession and corporate divestiture transactions. River is currently investing its sixth fund with 222 million in committed capital focused on the lower middle market companies with EBITDA starting from 3 million. Prior to joining River, Mark was a Vice President in Corporate Lending at South Trust Bank in Birmingham, AL. Mark has served on the Global Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth and was Chairman of ACG Intergrowth 2008. Mark has a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from Samford University in Birmingham.
