Join us as we kick-off your new year and hear our panel of M&A
experts Steve Gord from Boathouse Capital, Gretchen Perkins
from Huron Capital and Andrew Petryk of Brown Gibbons Lang & Company at
ACG Maryland’s Annual Deal Market Update. The panel will discuss the latest in
the Deal Market as they recap 2016 and discuss trends into 2017, including
buy-out activity, deal parameters and the debt markets. The Deal Market

Steve Gord, General Partner, Boathouse Capital
Steve Gord is one of the four founding partners of Boathouse
Capital. Boathouse is focused on the lower middle market. Boathouse manages
approximately 350 million of committed capital across two funds and makes
investments of 5-15 million into small companies for purposes of growth,
recapitalization or acquisition. Mr. Gord serves on the board of Convene, Out
of Home Holdings and KBP Foods.
Andrew Petryk, Managing Director BGL
Focusing on mergers & acquisitions and restructurings, Andrew
Petryk is the Managing Director of Brown Gibbons Lang & Company Investment
Banker (BGL) and has significant transaction experience with companies in a
broad range of industries. As leader of the Industrials practice at BGL, Mr.
Petryk has significant experience with companies providing highly engineered
products and services throughout the U.S. and abroad. In addition, he has
successfully completed financing engagements for both public and private
companies. Mr. Petryk is also a former ACG Cleveland Chapter President.
Gretchen B. Perkins, Partner Huron Capital
Gretchen B. Perkins is responsible for managing Huron’s business development
and investment sourcing activities, including outreach to deal professionals
such as business brokers, investment banks, attorneys, accountants and
consultants. Ms. Perkins has over 25 years’ experience in the finance and
business development sectors serving a variety of capital market participants.
Ms. Perkins is a Director at Large – Association for Corporate Growth, Inc. Global
Board of Directors, a Director for the ACG Detroit Chapter and the Co-Chair of
the ACG’s Public Policy Committee.
Ronald W. Kerdasha, Jr. will moderate the panel of experts active in the lower middle market dealmaking community. Ron is the Group President/Region Executive of MB Business Capital, a former ACG board member and Chapter President. Ron is active on the ACG Maryland Board of Directors.
