The ABCs of KPIs-Design, Implement and Measure your Operational Strategy

Please join ACG at our December Corporate Roundtable Breakfast where we will feature West Monroe's Tom Racciatti, Steve Sapletal and a panel of industry experts including: Jason Sondell of Norwest Equity Partners and Marlin Braun of Minnesota Rubber.

If you are a c-level (CEO, CFO, COO) or senior executive we welcome you to join ACG Minnesota for our Corporate Round Table Series on Thursday December 4, as we explore best practices for growth. The purpose of the sessions are to combine peer networking, panel discussion (education), and small executive group breakout roundtables. Each of the sessions is designed to introduce new ideas, discuss new approaches and benchmark other leading companies in various areas such as strategic planning, execution of strategies, financing, and critical business issues.

 There will be time at the end for questions from the audience.
