ACG MN Invites you to support your local MBA students!

WHAT: 6 MBA-student teams, each acting as an Investment Bank pitching their firm, will get 20-minutes to convince a panel of judges (acting as the company's Board of Directors) to hire them. The teams are providing strategic advice based on a 20-page case written by Houlihan Lokey.

WHO: MBA teams from: * Opus College of Business (Univ. St. Thomas), * Carlson School of Mgmt (U of MN), and * Tippie School of Management - Iowa. This is the final round of the competition. 15 teams started the competition, and only six remain.

Come watch the upcoming generation of M&A, I-Banking, and PE practitioners show their wares, make a "pitch" to experienced veterans, and respond to tough, real-life valuation questions by knowledgeable judges.

The final competition will be followed by a reception at Brits Pub Club House. It is free to attend! Come show your support



The ACG Cup is a case study competition designed to give students from leading MBA programs across the country real world experience and invaluable insights into mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, financial advisory and private equity. Each case study provides students with a unique opportunity to present valuation, capital markets and M&A strategic advice to a panel of seasoned M&A professionals from within the ACG community. The competition is carried out through a series of intra-school and  regional competitions, with regional winners awarded the prestigious ACG Cup title and cash awards.
