Alexandra Colman is a Partner in the Corporate Tax Group, with nearly 15 years of public accounting experience. Allie serves clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail and distribution, technology, life sciences, pharma as well as start-up tech, and internet base companies.

Allie works with large domestic and international corporations, both public and private. She advises her clients on the tax implications of reorganizations, acquisitions, transfer pricing, and doing business in new jurisdictions. Allie is one of the firm’s technical specialists in tax provisions (ASC 740) and leads the training initiative in this area within EisnerAmper University including equity compensation, purchase accounting, and uncertain tax positions.

Allie manages the compliance progress for large global, multistate corporations, and has experience with partnerships and closely held corporate structures. She handles income tax audits performed at the IRS and state levels and has resolved penalty assessments for various clients of the firm.

Allie was recently named to the ROI Influencers Women in Business list.

Additionally, Allie is on the steering committee of the Women of EisnerAmper and coordinates external events to foster community and growth for women. Click here to learn more.

Phil Bergamo is a Managing Director in EisnerAmper’s Transaction Advisory Services Group and is responsible for leading engagement teams that perform financial due diligence on buy and sell-side transactions for clients in the life sciences, technology, consumer products, retail, business services, and manufacturing and distribution industries.  Phil has participated in more than 100 transactions over his 18-year career.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and graduated from The College of New Jersey.

George Hansen has over three decades of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, commercial lending, and corporate development. He has completed over 125 M&A or financing transactions in his career. Prior to joining Oberon Securities in 2018, Mr. Hansen was Managing Director with Dominick and Dickerman, a middle market investment banking firm. His previous banking and finance experience includes 12 years with JP Morgan Chase in corporate development, leveraged finance, and investment banking - providing large and medium sized corporations and private equity firms with corporate finance and M&A services. Mr. Hansen spent 7 years at Bank of America/Fleet Securities, where he was head of capital markets and M&A advisory for the New York and New Jersey mid-market. Mr. Hansen was also previously a co-founder of a private equity firm and CEO of a boutique investment banking firm. He received his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and graduated from the University of Illinois with Highest Honors in Finance. Mr. Hansen currently holds the series 7, 24, 63 and 79 FINRA Licenses.

Richard L. N. Weaver is a Senior National Director of Executive Services at the Institute for Business Owners and Corporate Executives. Richard counsels private business owners, public corporate executives and holders of concentrated equity positions. He provides wealth planning solutions that address the complexities of business sales, stock and option compensation, and equity risk management. Previously, he was a senior portfolio manager, responsible for communicating the firm’s capital markets outlook, investment strategy and rationale for current positioning in global equity, fixed income and alternative asset portfolios. Richard joined Bernstein in January 2004 from Prudential Securities, where he headed the Private Wealth Management effort and managed the firm’s Executive Services and Strategies Group. His extensive career in capital markets includes roles in investment banking, risk arbitrage, equity derivatives and structured products. Richard earned a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University.
