Cross Border Private Equity Investing between
Canada and U.S.

APRIL 12, 2017
Hosted at DLA Piper LLP, New York City
8:00am - 10:00am

Canada and the US have one of the largest trading relationships in the world.  Private Equity (PE) investors on both sides of the border need to have cross border investments in the two countries in their value-added toolbox.  ACG Toronto and ACG New York are proud to co-sponsor "Cross Border Private Equity Investing between Canada and the US".  Our panel of industry experts will address the following key issues:

  • How Canada U.S. trade will be affected by the new Trump administration.
  • Projected cross border PE activity between the two countries.
  • PE fund investment mandates Vis a Vis cross border investing.
  • Structuring Canada U.S. cross border investments.
  • Tax considerations.
