Membership FAQ's
How do I get my username and password?
If you join on-line (www.acg.org) with a credit card your username and password will be sent to you via e-mail immediately.  If you pay by check or join by phone (212.489.8700) or at an event, your membership will take up to 2 weeks to process. If you forget your password, you can retrieve it under the login on www.acgnyc.org. If you forget your username, email theACG NY office directly.

What is the policy on transferring membership?
Membership in ACG New York belongs to the individual, not the employing organization.  If an individual changes employment or moves from one position to another, it is his right to take the membership with him.  ACG New York handles transfers on a case by case basis. You must call the ACG New York office (212.489.8700) to request a transfer.
What if I am a member of another ACG chapter?
As a member of another ACG chapter, you can attend as many ACG New York events as you'd like at the member rate.  Please note that certain events are by invitation only and are not open to everyone.

When does my membership expire and how can I renew it?
Your membership expires on the annual anniversary date of your joining ACG New York.  You will receive reminders via email of an expiring membership.  To renew your membership, click here
