Reservations can also be made by calling our Business Perks Reservations Department at 800-207-8483 and requesting the PERKS rate at your hotel of choice. Monday-Thursday, 7am-11pm and Friday-Sunday, 8am-10pm. Check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 12noon.

Business Perks by Affinia - Terms and Conditions:

The above rates are net based on single/double occupancy and are subject to applicable taxes.
Guarantee and Cancellation Policy: We understand that all individuals will be responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges. A credit card will be required to confirm all reservations. Cancellations must be made no later than 6 p.m. E.S.T. on the day prior to arrival to avoid a non-refundable, non-transferable no-show charge of one night’s room and tax. Please note, during the dates of November 21, 2011 - December 18, 2011 our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival.
Early Departure Fee: Guest has up to check-in time to advise of an early departure date to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
Business Perks by Affinia is subject to change at anytime without advance notice; including but not limited to percentage off best available rate, additional perks, reservation hours, etc.
