Daryl Holt, Vice President / Group COO, EA Studios 
Daryl Holt is responsible for managing all EA Florida and EA SPORTS Texas operations, including the EA-Tiburon studio, the EA SPORTS Innovation Lab, and EA SPORTS Austin. In addition, Holt drives all planning and product development execution for the EA SPORTS label’s football, basketball, and golf businesses that include the Madden NFL, NBA LIVE and PGA TOUR™ franchises. Holt has more than 24 years of successful management experience in a variety of industries and a background in consultancy previously served as president/CEO of Ovation Media Group Inc. in Tampa, FL. 
 
Tom Roberts, Partner, Harbert Venture Partners
Tom Roberts is a Partner at Harbert Venture Partners, and was a founding member of the HVP Team.  He currently serves on the boards of ControlScan, Invincea, Ledbury and Mobile Posse and manages HVP's investment in Clarabridge. He led HVP's investments in and was a board member of Agility Healthcare (sold to GE Healthcare) and JackBe (sold to Software AG). He also serves as a consultant to the Office of the Secretary of Defense's Rapid Reaction Technology Office, helping the DoD to identify promising emerging commercial technologies for the government. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association ("MAVA").
 
Vinny Olmstead, Partner, Vocap Investment Partners
Vinny Olmstead is a Co-Founder and Partner at Vocap Investment Partners based in the firm's Vero Beach office, and is a Board Member for Apollidon Learning, Bridgevine, Essess, Zentila and formerly Sundrop Mobile before its sale to Mercury Payment Systems.  Vocap invests 2m to 10m in growth stage technology companies primarily on the East Coast. Vinny has a unique blend of investing, operating, and strategy experience that spans more than 20 years professionally; and more than 30 years when factoring in his entrepreneurial roots, which began in his teens. 

Kevin Levy, Shareholder, Gunster-Miami
Kevin Levy is a business, corporate and technology attorney with Gunster. Kevin has represented innovative companies at all stages of growth for almost two decades. He provides strategic counseling for and advises U.S. and foreign-based global corporations, technology enterprises and entrepreneurial ventures on mergers and acquisitions, software licensing and Cloud-based services. Kevin also advises clients on corporate structuring and restructuring, technology transfers, e-commerce transactions, data privacy and security breaches, product marketing and distribution, outsourcing transactions, and service agreements. He is the former Chair of the Computer & Technology Law Committee for the Florida Bar and the former Chair of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Technology & Bioscience Committee. Kevin has devoted substantial time, expertise and mentorship in developing the South Florida technology community.

Waymon is co-founder and President of Engineering & Computer Simulations Inc. (ECS). The firm has been a leading source for educational games, simulations, virtual worlds, interactive performance assessment tools, mobile learning environments and enterprise-wide information management systems for over 17 years. In 2011, Waymon was named Orlando Business Journal’s 2011 Most influential man in Technology for Central Florida and was a finalist for Ernst and Young’s Florida entrepreneur of the Year for 2007 and 2009.
