What is DealSource?   

DealSource is one of the most unique opportunities afforded to attendees of M&A East. Investment banks, Private equity firms, and Limited Partners are able to schedule and conduct brief one-on-one private meetings within one day in one location!  These meetings create the most efficient way for your firm to meet new PE firms and to reconnect with those you have not seen in a while.

Investment banks may request meetings in advance and also veto meetings, though the private equity firms select which investment banks that want to meet with through an online scheduling program.

When & Where is DealSource?

DealSource is scheduled on October 11, 2011 9:30 am – 5:00 pm: ½ hour registration, meetings start at 10 am, 20 minute appointments, buffet lunch and breaks.  DealSource is at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Grand Hall - 1200 Market Street, Philadelphia (enter on Market between 11th and 12th Sts).

 

• Investment banks that want to formally schedule more meetings may request a 2^nd table at no additional cost  
• A later start: DealSource meetings will start at 10 AM
• Longer meetings: 20 minute meetings, 5 minutes longer than prior years will facilitate more in-depth discussions
• A roving Amenities Cart will enhance the DealSource attendees experience 
• To conclude the final hour of DealSource we’ll have an open bar beginning at 4 PM
• Preview Hour of the PE Marketplace from 6 –7 pm at the PA Convention Center on Oct 11
• All events are under one roof - DealSource will be held in the same location as the Day 1 evening events and the conference on Day 2
