Needed by COB Tuesday September 13 for inclusion in pre-attendee list. Online registration closes Thursday October 6.
Each firm will receive an email with instructions on the number complementary tickets they receive and a custom promotion code to be used for registration.

must register in advance. The cost for

is $240 per person. Foursome requests should be included in the comments section of registration.

Sponsor Shipping Labels
ACG Philadelphia is not responsible for any items losts or damaged. All packages should be insured at the appropriated value.
Return Shipping
Please bring your shipping labels with YOUR ACCOUNT number printed on them and place your sealed and labeled boxes on TOP of your table after 1:00 pm on October 12th and our freight forwarder will get them to the correct shipping company for the return.
Important Note: Materials will not be shipped out by the freight forwarder until Friday, October 14th. If you need your materials immediately or are shipping to another conference on site assistance will be provided.

Set-up & Tear Down
You will be able to set-up your table on Tuesday, October 11th after 4 pm through midnight or on Wednesday, October 12 before 8:30 am.
Sponsors can clear materials from their tables after 1:00 pm. All material left on tables will be discarded after 3:00 pm. Further details are provided on the Sponsor Logistics link above.
