ACG Philadelphia created and launched the first DealSource event at M&A East in 2005.  Since then, many chapters have replicated this effective format that allows dozens of investment banks to schedule brief private meetings with private equity firms to source deals with one another under one roof in one day.

DealSource is one of the most unique opportunities afforded to attendees of M&A East. Private Equity firms and Investment Banks are able to schedule and conduct brief one-on-one, private meetings within one day in one location! Pre-registration is required!

Who is eligible to participate in DealSource?

Private equity firms that sign up to participate in the Private Equity Marketplace will receive first priority for DealSource. Our expectation is that these PE funds will use all of the available slots at DealSource. However, if that is not the case, invitations will then be sent to PE firms registered for just the conference.

On the investment banking/intermediary side, first priority will be given to mid-Atlantic event sponsors in this category. To the extent that there is additional space, other investment banking firms in the mid-Atlantic region may have an opportunity to purchase a booth.

When and where is DealSource?

DealSource is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13 from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel. (ACG Philadelphia has a room block at the Loews for M&A East attendees).
