Dave Horotwitz

Moderator, David Horowitz

Partner & Member of the Investment Committee Everberg Capital, LLC

Mr. Horowitz is a member of the Investment Committee and a Partner responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and monitoring investments for the Fund. He has over 17 years of investment experience where he has completed dozens of transactions valued at over $3 billion. Most recently, Mr. Horowitz was a Partner at Pine Island Capital, a private equity firm that pairs accomplished former senior government leaders with investment professionals. Previously, Mr. Horowitz was a Managing Director in the $12 billion principal investing division of Macquarie Group, the firm’s primary balance sheet investment division. Prior to that, he spent almost a decade in the $35 billion Goldman Sachs Special Situations Group, where he was a founding member of the Private Capital Investing team. Mr. Horowitz has been responsible for completing and managing investments in many middle market companies including LifeLock, Datapipe, ECi Software, iWeb, ORBCOMM, and InVeris Training Solutions.

Mr. Horowitz is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University's Schreyer Honors College and Smeal College of Business, and served on the Executive Committee of the Schreyer Alumni Society Board from 2011 to 2019. He is a CFA charterholder.

Vishnu Amin

Director, Lafayette Square

Vishnu Amin is a Director at Lafayette Square. As a member of the investment team, Vishnu is responsible for sourcing, structuring, underwriting and managing principal investments in private companies. Prior to joining Lafayette, Vishnu was an investment professional at Heard Capital and Star Mountain Capital, investing across the capital structure on over a dozen completed transactions.

Originally from Princeton, NJ, Vishnu holds a B.S. in Finance/Alternative Investments from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.
